My name is Shelley, I live in Hewitt, Tx. I am an Office Manager for Brazos Roofing.

I have a husband of 35 years (Nov 17th was our 35th Wedding Anniversary). Two Daughters, one 30 y/o, one 25 y/o. Two Grandchildren. Boy-11 y/o (lives with us), Girl-8 y/o (lives with her Mom)

My hobbies are: You don't have enough room to list them all, lol. Spades, of course. I love to read, crochet, travel with hubby, camp, play tennis, sing in Church, Musical Theater.

How you found Forever Spades: Was playing in Beetle Spot one day, and noticed there were some people there who I knew, so asked about what league it was, and joined that very day.

I am deeply religious, but believe it is more important to live the life, than just to talk about it, or to be pushy about it. When I play spades, I always want to be encouraging to others, and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. It's always hard to figure out how you come across on the internet, but if you guys could see me in real life, you would know that I care about the people I play with, and pray for each of you when you are having a bad day. That's why I try so hard to learn everyone's name, and to greet people when they come to the lobby. I think everyone needs a place where they are recognized, and where they feel welcome. When I say I have peace, I mean that, and I wish each of you could have it too.
